The club was formed in 1976 servicing the needs of Selsey, Sidlesham, Hunston, Mundham and Runcton.All money donated to the club is donated to good causes.

Lion President Julian has chosen the Selsey Community First Responders as this years president's project.

Membership is open to anyone wanting to give something back to the local community. Selsey & District Lions have members ranging in age from 30 to 80 from all walks of life.
